• Dollar Spent: Only allow numbers and period in Dollar Spent.
• Number of people: Change to "Number of People In Party?" not required, should only be a number
• Dine Type: Not required. Options: blank, Dine In, Pick Up, Delivery
• Table Number: Not required only allow numbers
